  Special Offer	Every applicant will receive an invitation to JSAC2024 regardless of the CFP result.
  First Timer Slot	JSAC 2024 welcomes CFP applications from those who are speaking at the conference for the first time. We have dedicated slots for first timer speakers. We are looking forward to seeing newbies.
  Lightning Talk	If your proposal is unfortunately not accepted, we will still arrange a brief time for your presentation. In the lightning talk, we would like to invite as many people as possible to present their work. (Note that we may not be able to allocate a slot to all applicants due to time constraints.)
  Note	If a proposal from overseas resident is accepted, we cover round-trip airfare for one passenger per group. (The tickets will be arranged by JSAC Secretariat.) This arrangement may vary depending on travel restrictions at the time of JSAC2024.

• JSAC2024 Program Committee will evaluate the applications and select presenters. The result of selection will be notified via email.

  Following presentations will be given a higher priority on the CFP selection process.

  Presentation

  • Presentation that releases a new tool
  • Presentation with information that can be utilized practically in analysis
  • Presentation with high novelty

  Workshop

  • Topic(s) related to widely used technologies and tools
  • Contents that are easily applicable to actual analysis
  • Session with plenty of hands-on activities

  Applications submitted with a detailed draft and materials will be given a higher priority as well.

  The criteria of the selection process will not be disclosed. We appreciate your understanding.

  If a committee member or someone from their organization applies for the presentation, the application will be evaluated by the other committee members.

  Only those who have indicated as a first-time speaker will be considered for the First Timer Slot.
